By accessing the 999win platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you are accessing 999win on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and your acceptance constitutes their acceptance.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 999win Account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these terms. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended immediately. Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts are forfeited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your location. 999win makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside its intended market, and access from restricted jurisdictions may be blocked without notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any Account balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 999win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 999win support immediately via the live chat facility in your account dashboard. 999win will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.
999win reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in our request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 999win reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
All deposits to your 999win Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999win currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 999win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. 999win does not charge a fee on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 999win bears no responsibility.
To withdraw funds from your 999win Account, you must have completed KYC verification, have a verified payment method on file, and have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL and UBL are processed within standard Pakistani banking hours and may take up to one business day. As a standard anti-fraud measure, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original payment method is not possible, 999win will request alternative verified account details.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 999win are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly on each promotion page. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement — these exclusions are listed per promotion.
999win monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal variance, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and exploitation of errors in bonus configuration. Any Account found to be abusing promotions will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
999win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to the qualification that players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively in the process of satisfying its wagering requirement will be permitted to complete that requirement under the original terms.
All bets placed on 999win are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports market selected. These rules are accessible within each game interface and within the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules prevail.
999win uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. RNG certification is maintained through ongoing independent technical audits. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined at the moment the game round concludes and cannot be altered retroactively.
For sports betting markets, 999win reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrectly configured markets, or obvious pricing errors. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's Account in full.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team, at which point any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations under which 999win operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 999win, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be submitted to 999win support within 30 days of the event in question. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered.
